A Portata di Mare

Before booking a B&B you wonder who the managers will host you, isn't it? Well, we are David and Genny, a couple originally from nearby Emilia and Tuscany. In 2014 we decided to open a Bed & Breakfast in the house where we live. Built in the early 1900s and large in size, one part has been used as an accommodation facility with three convenient and comfortable rooms, each with its original peculiarities. The recent renovation has maintained the distinctive character of the original environment, embellished with nautical-style furnishings personally curated by Genny's expert hands. Restorer and decorator who grew up in an artisan workshop in the center of Florence, with her creations she has created a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere in all environments. The name A Portata di Mare refers to the sea breeze that can be felt on this hill in the Conero Riviera area. In fact, Loreto overlooks the nearby sea, thus becoming an ideal and strategic destination for every season and every type of holiday. Every design choice, every decorative detail, every fabric selection reflects our personality and our vision of creative hospitality. Every room and every space in our property is unique and memorable. Ambiences that are more than just places to sleep, but true personal refuges endowed with character and authenticity.
